What Does the following chest X-ray Indicate? 

Hi, My mother gone through a Chest X-ray and below is the report 1) Soft tissues and bony cage are normal. 2) Right apical cap is seen. 3) Right hilum is pulled up. 4) No active parenchymal lesion is seen in lung fields. 5) Both costophrenic angles are clear. 6)Cardiac size and silhouette are normal. 7) Check X-Ray Can you please clarify what does it mean specially point no. 2, 3 and 4 and is the report ok or anything to be taken care urgently?

Hello

Findings are not serious.
There is right apical cap means there is pleural thickening in right apical region.It may be due to healed infection,pleural thickening etc.

Right hilum is pulled up,it may be due to surrounding fibrosis.This also indicate sequel of past infection.
These factors are not active infection and doesn't require any treatment.

Other findings are normal.There are no signs of active infection in lungs.
Both costophrenic(CP) angles are clear.
Cardiac size and silhouette are normal.
